During new drops, sales, or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

We ship anywhere in New Zealand.

Estimated delivery time:

1–3 business days (main centres)

2–5 business days (rural areas)

🇦🇺 Australia Shipping

We ship to Australia.

Estimated delivery time:

5–10 business days depending on location and customs processing.

💰 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Any promotions (such as free shipping) will be shown automatically at checkout if available.

📍 Order Tracking

If your order includes tracking, you’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

🏠 Incorrect Address / Returned Parcels

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may need to pay for reshipping.
